The Lead Support Services Associate is the primary contact person in maintaining and managing the service functions of the Support Center. This position also provides assistance in a variety of areas and answers questions from employees regarding mailing systems, copying, audio visual systems. 

Responsibilities

  • Receive, distribute, and process all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels. This involves receiving, pick-up and delivery per established schedules; sorting, weighing and classifying of all mail and parcels; and other mail service duties as assigned.
  • Assist employees in processing domestic and international shipments. 
  • Calculate inventory on various mail-related items and office supplies as needed. 
  • Receive and review all internal requests for photocopy work, including "rush" photocopy requests as needed. 
  • Coordinate room set-ups for various meetings and events within the office, including furniture configurations, equipment, and other necessary materials and supplies.
  • Maintain proper office lighting and respond to requests to replace bulbs and other repairs as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years mailroom experience including the use and knowledge of USPS/FedEx/UPS processing equipment and regulations
  • Knowledge of copier and finishing equipment

As of the post date, the salary range for this position is:

Min

USD $58,000.00/Yr.

Max

USD $64,200.00/Yr.

 

This role may be eligible to participate in the Company’s short-term incentive plan, the details of which will be provided to the applicant upon hire.

 

This range is a reasonable estimate and takes into account several factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including, but not limited to, geographic location, skill set, experience, education, training, internal equity, and other business needs.
