This position is responsible for managing all facets of inventory along with management of material procurement for the entire locomotive mechanical group; this will extend to other Mobile Repair Units, contract shops and potentially a locomotive repair facility. As a strategic sourcing and functional procurement process (P2P) expert, this position will work closely with the Mobile Repair Units (MRU’s), Contract MRU providers and/or Field Services’ purchasing and materials personnel as well as with IT and Accounts Payable.
